Letting somebody photograph you is an act of trust, and it is worth knowing what happens next.
The photos are yours
What you get from a session, the nine photos and the video, belongs to you. Personal Paparazzi, Inc. keeps no right to use it for commercial purposes without your explicit consent, and that is in the terms rather than only in a blog post.
They land in your own photo app
Nothing is handed over and nothing sits in a shared album. At the end of the session the app uploads the session and downloads it into your own photo app, on your own phone. There is no public gallery with your face in it.
What you can say
Say what you want in the frame before they start: the building behind you, everybody in shot, the group and then just the two of you. Say if there is an angle you would rather avoid. Say when you are done. The person taking the photographs is there for five minutes and the photographs are the only reason.
What we check
Every Personal Paparazzi passes an identity verification before they can accept sessions: we confirm they are who they say they are. We do not run criminal background checks.
